5. Automatic labeling: Assign a unique QR code and custom content to each profile (customer information, sorting information, and process information).
Equipment Advantages

Equipped with four high-power drilling and milling spindles.
Interior and exterior window sashes: handle holes, corner bracket holes, sealant injection holes, lock box holes, pin holes, and transmission rod notches.
Outer frame and central post: floor drain drainage holes, corner bracket holes, sealant injection holes, and dowel pin holes.
3. Corner guard cutting: The saw blade can move rapidly, enabling fast cutting of corner guards.
4. Laser scribing: Equipped with two scribing lasers for automatic scribing of the outer frame’s central column.
5. Cutting Process:
It is equipped with an upper cutting spindle that can rotate to any angle within a range of ±22.5°, and a lower cutting spindle that is fixed at 45°.
