Six channels: Enabling independent operation of six drilling and milling spindles significantly increases production speed.
Intelligent Operation: Connects online with ERP software to automatically execute all machining operations.
It can perform automated raw-material feeding, automatic cutting, automatic milling, automated finished-product output, and automatic marking, among other functions. The high level of overall automation significantly enhances processing efficiency.
Fully enclosed saw-milling unit: Effective prevention of aluminum chip spatter is achieved through an integrated automatic chip-removal system within the saw-milling unit, which conveys the cut-off scrap to a collection area and automatically discharges it outside the unit.
Automatic Discharge System: It can automatically arrange the cut finished materials in sequence.
Automatic labeling: Assign a unique QR code and custom content (customer information, sorting information, and process information) to each profile.

1. Integrated machining equipment: drilling and milling + laser + cutting
2. Machining of Process Holes
Equipped with twelve high-power drilling and milling spindles, respectively mounted on the upper, lower, left, and right sides of the profile. For interior and exterior window sashes: handle holes, corner bracket holes, sealant injection holes, lock box holes, dowel pin holes, and transmission rod notches. For the outer frame and mullion: floor drain drainage holes, corner bracket holes, sealant injection holes, and dowel pin holes.
3. Automatic Labeling
Assign a unique QR code to each profile, along with customizable content (customer information, sorting information, and process information).
4. Corner guard cutting: The saw blade can move laterally at high speed, enabling rapid cutting of corner guards.
5. Laser scribing: Automatic line marking for outer frame column positioning
6. Laser Cutting
Equipped with two laser cutting units mounted on opposite sides of the profile, the system automatically allocates drilling/milling and laser cutting operations, giving priority to laser cutting. For interior and exterior window sashes: sealant injection holes, dowel pin holes, corner bracket holes, lock box holes, and transmission rod notches. For the outer frame and mullion: floor drain drainage holes, corner bracket holes, sealant injection holes, and dowel pin holes.
7. Intelligent Connectivity
It can integrate with all major door-and-window ERP systems to enable smart, scan-based processing. By leveraging door-and-window software, design drawings are converted into production data and seamlessly connected to manufacturing equipment, driving production through data to meet the demand for flexible, customized door-and-window manufacturing. This achieves end-to-end collaboration between front- and back-office operations, truly realizing “what you see is what you get, and what you draw is what you produce.”
8. Top-mounted lifting structure to prevent aluminum chip and liquid corrosion
All guide rails, electrical harnesses, and precision drive components are fully integrated into the upper portion of the equipment.
Prevent corrosion and wear of the guideways and electrical components caused by aluminum chip accumulation and liquid ingress.
