It is controlled by a dedicated CNC system with three-axis simultaneous motion and workpiece tilting. The cutting tool can be adjusted vertically and horizontally via CNC control, ensuring high milling accuracy and quick, convenient adjustments to accommodate the machining of aluminum profiles of various shapes and sizes.

The machine is controlled by a domestically produced, custom-designed CNC system that supports three-axis simultaneous motion with tilting capability. The upper milling cutter can perform planar milling, while the lower saw blade can be used for both planar milling and vertical cutting. Tool positioning—up/down, front/back, and vertical cutting—is precisely controlled via CNC, ensuring high milling accuracy and quick, convenient adjustments to accommodate aluminum profiles of various shapes and dimensions. Servo motors drive the motion: wide-range lateral movement is achieved through a gear–rack mechanism coupled with servo motors, while vertical and longitudinal feed is provided by a ball-screw assembly driven by servo motors, allowing adjustable feed rates—slow feed for precision cutting and rapid retraction for efficient operation—resulting in smoother, more efficient machining.
