Performance Features
Specifically used for intermediate support members in aluminum profiles (including forming and machining of the end faces of reinforced intermediate supports).
No skilled operators are required; simply scan the QR code to retrieve the machining program and initiate automatic processing.
No tool adjustment is required; the entire process is fully CNC-controlled, eliminating the need for custom-made tools.
3 kW direct-drive spindle motor; three-axis full servo, burr-free and gapless.
Equipped with two 3-kW spindle motors.
It enables reciprocating milling without empty travel, doubling the efficiency compared with conventional CNC end milling.
Adopts a suspended traveling mechanism to eliminate the hassle of aluminum pin accumulation.
