3. Fully enclosed sawing and milling unit: Effective prevention of aluminum chip spatter is achieved through an integrated automatic chip-removal system within the saw-milling unit, which transports the cut-off swarf to a collection area and automatically discharges it outside the unit.
4. Automatic Discharge System: It can automatically arrange the cut finished materials in sequence.
5. Automatic labeling: Assign a unique QR code and custom content to each profile, including customer information, sorting details, and process data.
Equipment Advantages
1. Integrated processing equipment: Top cutting + 4-axis drilling and milling + dual-laser scribing.
2. Machining of process holes:
Equipped with four high-power drilling and milling spindles.
Interior and exterior window sashes: handle holes, corner bracket holes, sealant injection holes, lock box holes, pin holes, and transmission rod notches.
Outer frame and central post: floor drain drainage holes, corner bracket holes, sealant injection holes, and dowel pin holes.
3. Corner guard cutting: The saw blade can move rapidly, enabling fast cutting of corner guards.
4. Laser scribing: Equipped with two scribing lasers for automatic scribing of the outer frame’s central column.
5. Cutting Process: Equipped with an upper cutting spindle capable of 45° and 90° tilting.
6. Automatic Labeling: Assign a unique QR code to each profile, along with customizable content (customer information, sorting information, and process information).
7. Intelligent Connectivity
It can integrate with all major door and window ERP systems to enable smart processing via QR code scanning.
