Performance Features
Specifically used for intermediate support members in aluminum profiles (including forming and machining of the end faces of reinforced intermediate supports).
No skilled operators are required; simply scan the code to retrieve the machining program and the system will perform automated machining.
No tool adjustment required; fully CNC-controlled operation eliminates the need for custom-made tools.
3 kW direct-drive spindle motor; five-axis full servo, burr-free and gapless.
Equipped with four 3-kW spindle motors.
It enables reciprocating milling without empty travel, doubling the efficiency compared with conventional CNC end milling.
