Performance Features
1. Controlled by a dedicated CNC system, with three-axis simultaneous motion and workpiece flipping.
2. The cutting tool can be digitally controlled to adjust its vertical and horizontal positions, ensuring high milling accuracy and quick, convenient adjustments to accommodate the machining of aluminum profiles with various shapes and dimensions.
3. An absolute-value servo motor and a gear–lead-screw mechanism are used to drive tool feed, with adjustable feed rates: slow cutting for precision and rapid retraction for efficiency, resulting in smoother and more efficient machining.
4. The 3-kW high-power spindle motor is equipped with a diamond milling cutter that can be tilted by 90° via a pneumatic cylinder, making it suitable for milling reinforced mid-support profiles as well.
5. The tool travel distance can be controlled by the system, significantly improving machining efficiency. The thickened profile clamping plate prevents profile deformation.
