1. 2. CNC-controlled adjustment of six sets of cutter heads; compatible with various models of thermal break strips ranging in height from 80 to 100 mm; upper and lower nylon rubber rollers can be raised or lowered either as a whole or individually, with manual pressure adjustment for three sets; the rear separating lower cutter head also features manual lifting and lowering adjustment; equipped with 11-axis CNC control for rapid tooling changes to accommodate diverse profiles and thermal break strips; capable of storing and recalling more than 2,000 different aluminum profile types; one-button quick positioning.
3. The upper and lower widths of each cutter head can be adjusted arbitrarily, making it suitable for various insulation strips of different widths.
4. The third set of cutter heads and nylon rubber rollers features integrated vertical lifting and lowering adjustment, enabling rapid alignment (adjusting the profile’s perpendicularity and parallelism) during bending operations.
5. Equipped with precision linear guides, Schneider Electric components, and a precision ball screw for high stability. Stepless speed regulation via a variable-frequency drive.
