Performance Features
1. The electrical control system adjusts six cutter heads, and the nylon wheels are electrically adjustable, enabling rapid profile changes.
2. The frequency converter enables stepless speed regulation, allowing the equipment’s operating speed to be adjusted arbitrarily.
3. The aluminum extrusion profile is tightly bonded with the thermal break strip to form a complete broken-bridge aluminum profile; it is compatible with various standard materials and thermal break strips. ▪ A roller mechanism continuously adjusts the straightness and perpendicularity of the composite profile by inserting the corresponding shims between the two cutting heads.
4. The pressure gauge displays the rolling pressure at the crimping location; the display shows the distance between the two sets of rolling dies.
