Wide processing range, with a cutting length of up to 4,100 mm and two cutting angles: 90° and 45°.
The auxiliary material-supporting device automatically rises and falls in accordance with the position of the machine head, thereby preventing the material from bending and sagging.
The left–right movement of the right engine nacelle is driven by a rack-and-pinion mechanism, which offers high transmission accuracy, smooth motion, and low noise.
Effectively ensures the positioning accuracy of the right spindle, with a repeat positioning accuracy of up to 0.02 mm.
It employs imported diamond saw blades, and the cutting feed guide rails are made of imported linear square rails.
The saw blade feed is powered by a hydraulically damped cylinder, ensuring smooth blade ejection.
This machine is the only one in the industry that features an integrally cast front and rear upright plates and lower support plate, ensuring exceptional precision and stability.
It can meet the high-standard requirements for system windows, including the specifications for thermal-break aluminum doors and windows, as well as the precision requirements for aluminum-clad wood and aluminum-wood composite windows.
