With a wide processing range and a cutting length of up to 4,100 mm, this machine is specifically designed for 45° cuts, ensuring greater angular accuracy.
It employs imported diamond saw blades, and the cutting feed guide rails are made of imported linear guides.
The saw blade feed is powered by a hydraulically damped cylinder, ensuring smooth blade ejection.
The left–right movement of the right nose section is driven by a gear–rack mechanism, which offers high transmission accuracy, smooth motion, and low noise.
Effectively ensures the positioning accuracy of the right machine head, with a positioning precision of up to 0.02 mm.
This machine features a concealed material-support rack, which reduces the frequency of movement and prevents cutting errors caused by mid-span deflection.
Adopts an integral cast work platform and a high-precision spindle motor.
Short-material cutting function, with a minimum cutting length of 330 mm (the short-side length of a double-head 45° profile).
